To elevate fan engagement and drive app downloads, Jersey Mike’s partnered with COFFEE to launch the Boardwalk Arcade during the National Tailgate Tour.
At the core of the activation were gesture-controlled, touchless motion-sensor kiosks, where guests played three custom AR games. Gameplay was directly connected to Jersey Mike’s rewards program, converting arcade points into Shore Points within the app. This seamless link between interactive fun and tangible rewards encouraged participants to download and engage with the app.

Following the success of the 14-stop tour, COFFEE expanded the experience into mobile game versions integrated directly into the Jersey Mike’s app. To keep the momentum going, the brand extended the digital-physical loop with in-store displays and QR codes, ensuring continued engagement long after the tour concluded.
