Desert Gallery was created to display the “Welcome to Tenochtitlan” photography collection that celebrates the Mexican people, its traditions, music and beauty. Shot at the Zocalo, heart of Mexico City, close to the ancient Tenochtitlan, capital of the Aztecs. The highlight of the collection is the work “Trance State of Mind” selected for many exhibitions, including the NFT.NYC, the biggest digital art event in the world.

The space uses the desert as a backdrop and was inspired by the Aztecs’ journey through the desert until they reached Tenochtitlan, with a rich diversity of landscapes and wildlife, home to the iconic saguaro cactus, the joshua tree, as well as many other plants and animals adapted to the hot and dry conditions.

There’s a gamification layer created to stimulate the visitor to explore the space and collect different prizes.
