INFINITI has revealed the all-new QX50 – a premium mid-size SUV with world-class technologies with exceptional design and extraordinary interior space, all on an entirely new platform.

The QX50 is the most important vehicle INFINITI has ever launched, and it embodies everything the brand stands for: Beautiful design, advanced technology and empowering performance.

AUGMENTED REALITY CAR MODEL

A small white model of the QX50 was created by Infiniti and delivered to Visionaries 777 for this interactive exhibition. This car model is used as a target for augmented reality on a touch screen positioned directly in front of it.

THE ADVANTAGES

The functions of the ProPILOT are visualized and experienced in an interactive manner. Different functions of the AR ProPilot can be selected at the bottom of the touch screen. These functions range from controlling distance to collision warnings.

THE SOLUTION

The explanations for each function are displayed onto the physical car model with annotations around to allocate detailed information. The functions and benefits are explained in depth through this interactive step by step AR animation.

THE RESULT

Visionaries 777 succeeded to create an interactive experience that explains the complex functions of the ProPILOT accessible to everyone. The showcase of this minimized version of the QX50 gives the user an impactful understanding.

THE FUTURE

INIFINITI decided to release an iPad version (in 3D only) of the ProPILOT app to all the dealerships spread across the US. While using the Augmented Reality ProPILOT display for the upcoming events and motorshows all over the world.
