CAVE is a coming-of-age tale set 12,000 years in the past, when stories were told around a campfire and the history of our ancestors was written on the walls of caves. Using the latest in experiential technology, the piece is designed from the ground up to challenge the status quo around how audiences collectively experience immersive arts and entertainment.
Produced in partnership with the NYU Future Reality Lab, CAVE was sponsored by the likes of Google, Lenovo, Bose, and NVIDIA . It demoed at SIGGRAPH 2018 last fall for audiences of 30 people at a time, and was seen by 2,000 attendees over the course of its four day run.
CAVE made its cultural premiere at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival in New York City.
